I hereby release Single Volunteers Boston and its administrators, team leaders, organizers, volunteers, and any other person or persons acting on behalf of Single Volunteers Boston (herein after "SVB") from any claims arising from my volunteer work with SVB. I hereby give permission for images of myself, captured during regular and special Volunteer activities through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of SVB promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I also agree that SVB holds no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between myself and another person that I might meet through SVB. In accepting a date or otherwise agreeing to meet with another member or either within a SVB-sponsored volunteer project or social, or on my own time, I take sole responsibility for any actions that might occur during that date or meeting, and agree to hold SVB free from any liability.
